Jeweler's Swage Block

$120.00
sold out

This is far and away the most attractive jeweler’s swage I’ve ever owned. And anyone who knows me knows that’s saying a lot. There are jewerler’s swages and jeweler’s swages and this is for sure the latter. It’s heavy, it’s used, it’s beautiful because of its wear, it has patina, it has flaws, it has curves, it has holes, wow ok I’ll stop. But honestly, I can’t think of much better. It can be an ashtray, a catch all, a pretty thing, an actually functioning swage. I’m pretty sure I know who is going to buy this from me but I’m gonna post it anyway. Because we can’t all taste the biscuit. Or the goodness of the honey sauce. But we can all try and that’s what this object represents for me.
